The Acrobat is an intelligent and dynamic Mobile-DJ and disco lighting effect that lives up to its name with a stunning effect of over 50 ever-changing and continuously moving color and gobo beams.

More features than any other comparable act

A combination color/gobo wheel, together with a mirrored rotating disc reflector, create an agile beam effect, each beam chasing the other while continuously changing color and gobo pattern. With 18 gobos + open and 11 full dichroic colors + 3 dichroic split colors + 5 white, the Acrobat boasts more features than any other comparable act.

Like a true eye-catching performer, the Acrobat adds an additional effect to its act for true uniqueness. The beams are then distributed onto a revolving mirror drum and then, via the advanced pan and tilt feature, cast out in all directions in a stunning burst of color and movement

Most Djs light "shows" are controlled with an "on/off" switch running what are known as par cans. These are literally cans with a bulb inside and a colored gel covering the opening. Mark's light show is comprised of lighting called Intelligent lighting. More commonly called moving lights. The same lights used in night clubs and concerts (on a larger scale) Each lighting fixture is capable of producing many different colors & patterns (gobos). Speed, rotation and scans are also adjustable to fit the mood of the song!

The lights all work and are synched together in what are known as scenes. Meaning that all the lights can be programmed to all run: blue, or white or any other color or combination of colors and patterns. Hundreds of scenes are pre-programmed and stored in the controller. It's an ever changing light SHOW, with the lights adjusting to fit the style of the music.

The Numark D2 is a digiatal interface that is specifically designed to be used for mobile DJ use - Laptops are not.

The D2 Director supports a wide variety of music storage and sourcing options. This includes, but is not limited to, linking D2 Director to a DJ's iPod®, USB flash drives, and external USB hard drives. Use the included computer keyboard for simplified song search. In addition, the rear panel includes line level outputs for both players. The D2 Director supports MP3, WAV, and AAC (unprotected) formats.
